Use and disclosure of personal data and purpose specification

Our website can be used to subscribe to newsletters. Subscription to the newsletter by submission of your personal data is voluntary. Please note: If you decide not to submit your personal data, you will not be able to subscribe to the newsletter.

The data provided during the newsletter registration will be used only for the purposes of sending out the newsletter, provided you have not consented to other use. Your personal data will only be retained as long as you are a subscriber to the newsletter. You can cancel the subscription at any time by using the unsubscribe option provided in the newsletter.

Contact form

We store and use the data that you provide in the contact form to process requests and for individual communication. Please note that the data is not encrypted when it is transmitted so please do not send any confidential information when using the contact form.

E-Mail address

If you choose to give us your e-mail address, we will communicate with you via e-mail. We do not share your e-mail address with others outside the FOCKE group. Depending on how your e-mail application is set up, information about you may be transmitted automatically when you send e-mail to us. If you choose to register for third-party services, we may need to send some information from your FOCKE registration to the service provider, possibly including your e-mail address. You can choose not to receive any more e-mail at any time. To be removed from our e-mail list, an e-mail message is sufficient.

External links on our website are not covered by this data privacy statement. For any external links on our website, we assure that we did not see any violation of existing law on these external sites at the time when we set the link. However, we have no control over the content of these sites and cannot guarantee that they comply with the data protection standards.
